Shipping & Returns
We want every order to arrive in good shape. Here's how shipping works, and how we'll make it right if something goes wrong. Questions? Email soularinaturals@gmail.com or call 612-470-3921.
Shipping
- Cost: Free shipping on every US order, with no minimum.
- Processing: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery: US orders arrive 5–10 business days after shipping, so 8–15 business days in total.
- Where orders ship from: Our supplier partners' warehouses in the US and overseas. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
- Tracking: Every order includes tracking, emailed when it ships.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us right away. We can't change an address after an order ships.
This policy covers orders shipped to US addresses. If you're outside the US, please contact us before ordering.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled. If we can't fulfill your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Returns: damaged, defective or incorrect items only
Because our products are personal-care items, we don't accept returns for change of mind, and all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Reporting window: Contact us within 20 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem.
- What we do: We'll reply within 3 business days and send you a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement isn't available.
- Return shipping: If we need the item back, we'll send a prepaid return label. You never pay to return a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more business days to post them.
Damage to the outer shipping box alone, with the product itself intact, isn't covered.
Lost or late orders
If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after its estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. We'll investigate and may ask for a non-delivery confirmation from your post office.
If a package is returned to us in transit, we'll refund you or reship it, whichever you prefer.
Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it's updated.
